We teach Hatha Yoga and Supportive Yoga suitable and beneficial for everyone in 30+ courses a week. Our classes are taught in the classical way and without music for you to truly tune into your own natural rhythm. This leads to a deep interior experience and a peaceful, meditative state.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga channels one’s subtle energy through postures, breathing exercises and meditation to increase vitality, mental clarity, and joy. We teach the following hatha yoga styles:
- Sivananda Yoga
- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
- Vinyasa Krama Yoga
- Hatha Yoga
- Kundalini Yoga
- Yin Yoga (Tao Yin & Hatha Yoga synthesis)
Supportive Yoga
The following styles are derived from Hatha Yoga which our students find beneficial and relaxing:
- Lower Back Yoga
- Hormone Yoga
- * Sivananda Yoga 50+
- * Rise & Shine Yoga 50+
- * Yoga for Staying Young 50+
* These courses are more adapted for those 50+. Younger students are welcome in them while those 50+ are welcome in other courses. Call us to find the right course for you.

A Deeper Understanding
We enhance your understanding of yoga philosophy through monthly Sunday afternoon breathing, meditation & discussion sessions and offer weekend workshops. We encourage you to read Denise and Fredric's articles on yoga philosophy and practice in our Learning Corner to deepen your understanding and practice.
