How to Cancel a Class
All students can cancel a class online no later than 1 hour before class time to receive a credit. All credits must be used before the end of the current term with the exception of those who purchased our 5-class Intro card. Credits can be used at any weekly course - not workshops - and can be used to invite a guest with or without your presence.
Term Students
When logged in, find the "Need to Cancel a Class?" module on your term course page under the calendar section. For easy navigation, tap the burgundy "My Bookings/Cancel a Class" tab on the home page or "weekly courses" schedule page for the link to your course's cancellation module.
You can undo your cancellation if the place is still available in your "My Bookings/Cancel a Class" tab or My Registrations ▽ section on any other page.
One credit can be carried over to the following term if one registers and pays for the entirety of the following term.
Single-Class or Credit Students
Expand your "My Bookings/Cancel a Class" tab on the home or "weekly courses" pages or expand your My Registrations ▽ section on any other page to find and cancel your registration right that section.
5-Class Intro Students
Process is the same as above for Credit Students, but your credits don't expire at the end of a term. However, they require manual extension by us. If you feel there is an error when a new term begins, please email us. We will verify.
