Breathe, Relax, Meditate

This 1-hour course involves yogic practices to relax the whole body and elevate the mind. There are no physical exercises or yogic postures other than lying and sitting.

First, we practice yogic breathing (pranayama) to purify and calm our nervous system.

We then practice Nidrā Yoga to relax all muscles, organs, bones, senses, and the mind.

Finally, we are prepared for meditation so we can more easily experience a state of clarity, peace and joy.

This course is open to all: beginners and advanced, young and old alike.

You will need a comfortable surface to lie on, preferably with a mat and/or blanket on a carpet and a cushion to sit on.
