Every email host has different ways to create filters to prevent emails you want from being intercepted by your SPAM filter. I use gmail's system as an example.

In the search field of gmail, please click the down arrow to the right.

This will open up a form. Please type our email address in the "From" field, then click "create a filter with this search" bottom right in the image below:

Check the box marked "Never send it to Spam" and then click the blue "Create filter" button as below:

You're done! However, if you do not receive an email you are expecting from us after taking an action online, like registering for a course or workshop or canceling or replacing a class, please check your SPAM filter. If found, please click "Not Spam".
