How to Cancel a Class
All students can cancel a class online no later than 1 hour before class time to receive a credit. Use a credit at any class or transfer it to invite a guest to another class with you or on their own to discover the center.
Term Students
Find the "Need to Cancel a Class?" module on your course page under the calendar section.
Single-Class or Credit Students
Expand your "Bookings" tab on the home or "weekly courses" page, or expand your My Registrations ▽ section to find and cancel your registration.
You can undo your cancellation if the place is still available in your "Bookings" tab or My Registrations ▽ section.
For "term" students, all credits must be used before the term ends or they are lost. One credit can be carried over to the following term if one registers and pays for the entirety of the following term. They are always for a "second" weekly class.
