• You can cancel a class online no later than 1 hour before class time to receive a credit which can be used at any other class throughout the term. You may even transfer your credit to a family member or friend at no additional cost.
• For "term" students, all credits return to "0" at term's end. We will carry one credit over toward the following term if there is a new term registration paid for from the start of the following term.
• For "10-class discovery" students, we place 10 credits into your account, and they remain valid until their expiration date 12 weeks after purchase (holiday weeks excluded).

How to Cancel a Class

For "term" students, log in and go to your term course page. Scroll below the course calendar where you will find a "need to cancel a class?" module after your payment has been received. Choose the date from the drop-down menu no later than 1 hour before class time to cancel...

1 credit will be added in your  My Registrations ▽  section.

For "term" students who can come to class after having canceled it, you can "undo cancellation" in  My Registrations ▽ .

For "single-class" or "10-class discovery" students, tap or click to expand the purple "My Registrations" bar under the banner image of a mobile device or in the sidebar of a desktop computer. You will see a "cancel" button next to your class registration. A credit will be added back to your account if the cancellation is done no later than 1 hour before class time.

How to Use a Credit

1. The easiest way to register with a credit is with the "Single-Class or Credit" Registration window on the schedule page whose default option uses credits first. It displays all available classes within the next 48 hours.

2. Each course page has a "Single class" registration window that changes to a "Replacement class" registration window when a student has credits with a green "Use a credit" button. In both cases, it is operational within 48 hours of class time.

You can cancel the registration no later than 1 hour before class time in  My Registrations ▽  and get the credit back. Within 1 hour, the credit is lost.
