Style: Pregnancy Yoga

To be pregnant and to feel a baby growing inside of yourself is an extraordinary and precious experience. During this time, a profound communication is established between future mother and baby. If the future mother is centered and joyous, the baby will be also as the vibratory link between the two is so strong. The physical practice of prenatal yoga strengthens, tones and creates openness and flexibility in the body. The nervous system is reinforced, and the hormonal system is balanced. The breathing and meditation techniques bring the body and mind into harmony and create a wonderful connectedness to the baby. Prenatal yoga also encourages women to gather together, share experiences, and make friends as they move serenely into this new chapter of their life. Go to the Pregnancy yoga page.

Teacher: Barbara Motta

Barbara Motta Barbara began yoga in 2004 and remembers experiencing a feeling of lightness and a new relationship to her body. She moved to London in 2009 and practiced hatha yoga and vinyasa flow at Triyoga. In 2009, she completed her teacher training at Triyoga with Anna Ashby and Joey Miles. She's a mum of two wonderful boys. In 2014, she attended Denise Pesch’s pregnancy course during her second pregnancy in Luxembourg. It helped her to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for an easy and comfortable pregnancy and labor. In 2015, she completed Nadia Narian's pregnancy yoga training in London. She loves to create prenatal yoga classes that are welcoming and playful with a balanced attention to alignment and support and empower future mums during pregnancy, labor, the birthing process and thereafter. Yoga reminds her that everything is connected, so we live, act, and breath with awareness. Her motto: we don't do yoga, we practice yoga, always remembering that the journey is the reward. 15a, am Becheler, Bereldange. With heated wood floors, high ceilings and a view of the gardens, Club Haus am Becheler's "salle polyvalente" is a quiet and idyllic place for our yoga classes. Go to the Bereldange page.

What to bring

There is a changing room at this location. Wear comfortable clothing to stretch in. There are some yoga mats for new students to borrow, but not enough for all. If you have your own, please bring it, also a light blanket and a cushion to sit on.

Registration for Your Pregnancy

Option 1: Input your due date in the Registration form below. Start any week from your 12th week of pregnancy onward and finish at week 38. Receive a 6% discount when registering for 7 classes and an increasingly higher percentage discount with each additional class to a maximum of 21% when you register for 12 classes onward.

Option 2: Our Single-Class Registration system below opens 4 hours before class time. Price: 18 Euros.
 ATTENTION: As we offer only one pregnancy course, you cannot cancel a class and make it up in a different course, but we give you the flexibility to pick and choose whatever dates you wish to attend in the registration form generated after you input your due date in the field below. After registration, no refunds or exchanges are possible with the exception of an early birth or for a medical complication.
