Pranic Rejuvenation Weekend in the Vosges

Join Denise and Fredric from Friday, July 18th 18:00 to Sunday, July 20th 16:30 for a summer weekend to purify, strengthen, and rebalance your pranic energy system through yogic practices and pranic nourishment from Nature's 5 elements with wholesome vegetarian food (Earth), a revitalising lake swim (Water), sun exposure (Fire), forest walks (Air), and mountain vistas (Space).
Early Friday evening, we'll settle in with a wholesome vegetarian dinner, evening forest walk, and nidra yoga guided relaxation & meditation to prepare for a good night in the arms of Nidra Devi who embodies the profound stillness of deep rest.
We will wake up each morning with 1 hour of prana kriya breathing followed by a morning and afternoon asana class and a Saturday evening of nidra yoga guided relaxation & meditation as well. In the afternoons, we will explore this beautiful setting less than 3 hours from Luxembourg in the well-known Ventron region of the Vosges mountains!
Maximum capacity: 10 participants.
Arrive Friday evening for a 18:00 - 20:00 vegetarian dinner...
...followed by an evening forest walk...
...and then an evening Nidra Yoga guided relaxation & Meditation session...
Bedrooms are double occupancy with two singles available. Some bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms. Some are not...
Saturday morning, we'll nourish our energy system with 1 hour of Prana Kriya Breathing before a 2-hour rejuvenating Vinyasa Krama class.
Brunch will follow with time after brunch to 16:00 for optional Nature activities:

A local hike near the Ventron summit...
Or you can choose to relax in one of the two chalet's jacuzzis...
and/or use of the chalet's sauna and hammam...
Saturday 16:00 is the afternoon 2-hour Soothing Sivananda yoga class followed by dinner at 18:00 then some free time before evening Nidra Yoga & Meditation.
On Sunday, we repeat early morning Prana Kriya Breathing, another 2-hour Vinyasa Krama yoga class, brunch, and afternoon free until 15:00 for a 90-minute Soothing Sivananda yoga class before departing 16:30.
You'll leave feeling completely renewed and joyful!

700 Euros (17% TVA incl) early-bird / 800 Euros normal
Includes:
- 11.5 hours of guided yoga instruction (4 yoga classes, 2 prana kriya breathing sessioins, 2 nidra yoga & meditation programs)
- 2 evenings of accommodation with double occupancy
- single occupancy at 50 Euros more (only if space is available)
- 4 yummy vegetarian meals: Friday and Saturday dinners / Saturday and Sunday brunches plus an afternoon tea and snack

Our summer 2025 weekend yoga retreat will take place in this beautiful setting less than 3 hours from Luxembourg in the well-known Ventron region of the Vosges mountains. The chalet has an indoor yoga room as well as a terrace with a panoramic view for outdoor practice, beautiful gardens with forest walks from the property, a full-on spa with Turkish hammam, dry sauna, and two outdoor jacuzzis.
