Hatha Yoga involves physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), energy locks (bandhas), energy seals (mudras) and other practices to strengthen the physical body and to purify and balance one's energy to increase vitality, equanimity and joy of life. Go to the Hatha yoga page.
Teacher: Alina Biberi
Alina's yoga journey started in 2009 with self-practice and introspection. In 2014, she completed her teacher training in the Austrian alps and was certified as a Sivananda yoga instructor. In 2015, Frederic and Denise were her first yoga teachers in Luxembourg. Having had the opportunity to travel to India on multiple occasions, she continued her training in classical hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama and also yin yoga. Under close guidance of experienced yoga teachers in Mysore and Rishikesh, she continued to deepen her own practice. As a yoga teacher, she believes in the transformative power of yoga and its ability to create harmony within the body and mind. She believes that yoga is a holistic practice that extends beyond the mat. It is a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-transformation.

147 route d'Arlon, Strassen. Our Strassen center offers hatha yoga for all levels under the Indian lineages of Sivananda, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Krama. It offers Yin Yoga, a synthesis of Tao Yin and hatha, and specialty courses for those with back problems and for those 50+.
