I started yoga in the beginning of 2010 when I was suffering from both a professional and personal “low” period.
Harmony, Live, Grounded were the words I could put on feelings after the very first class while I was nowhere on this journey by then! Yoga became a part of my life, I don’t plan to practise it, I live in it!
By 2012, I completed a TTC (Teachers Training Course) in a Canadian Sivananda Ashram where I became a full-time yoga instructor. I love sharing my experience with whoever comes to my class, grateful hearing students sharing their progress/feelings on the postures, meditation or other spiritual paths.
I have recently attended training on Kids Yoga aiming to help the new generation to live better, live healthier, and most of all live with consciousness.
