Kirtan & Meditation with Julien Beladina
Friday, June 5th 18:30-20:00 in Strassen
Sing mantras to musical accompaniment followed by a guided meditation on the breath and/or mantra! The Bhakti yoga practice of kirtan not only opens our hearts and brings about a feeling of connection with all, it unties our emotional and mental knots facilitating a meditative experience where we can be one with our deepest, most peaceful Self.
Julien came to meditation before practicing yoga and has been participating in and leading kirtan during his time in Rishikesh and back home in Luxembourg.
Pranic Rejuvenation: Breathwork, Asana, Nidra, Breakfast in Walferdange
(a taste of our upcoming summer retreats below)
Saturday, June 6th 08:00-10:30, 10:45-12:00
Join Denise and Fredric as they recreate the magic of their summer retreats with a morning intensive of breathwork, asana, and nidra to experience deep presence, mental clarity, and joy. The program takes place at our center in Walferdange followed at 10:45 with an optional breakfast.
The 2 1/2-hour program brings together 45 minutes of prana kriya breathwork taught by Fredric, 75 minutes of asana taught by Denise, and a half hour of nidra guided relaxation led by Fredric to purify and balance the physical body and subtle energy system. This workshop is not restricted to those who participated at the retreats. Others can join and benefit.
Due to the dynamic aspect of the breathing practices, come with an empty stomach. Hence, the breakfast option immmediately afterward.

Kirtan with Aaron McCue
Sunday, June 21st 18:30-20:00 in Strassen
As a musician and kirtan singer, Aaron has been leading singing circles for several years, inviting people to experience the healing power of singing together. With harmonium, guitar, and voice, he creates space where connection, inner growth, and shared presence are at the center. For him, music is more than sound. It is a pathway to open the heart, to nurture the soul, and to celebrate the beauty of coming together in community.
This kirtan will feature Virginie Hesbois on percussion.
Kind regards,
Denise Pesch, Fredric Bender, and all La Source teachers
