Surya Yoga is a very dynamic, strong and transformative form of yoga. Its purpose is to establish a foundation for higher practice by generating an inner heat that burns away emotional and energetic blocks from the gross physical body. 

Through Surya Yoga, one also channels, enhances and balances the flow of life force (Prana) throughout one’s body, and therefore the regular practice of Surya Yoga will result in an extraordinary state of physical health.

In Surya Yoga, the “power-vinyasa-flow-yoga” and the “alignment-oriented" traditions are united, and therefore aspirants of Ashtanga, Anusara, Bikram, Iyengar and Vinyasa will feel familiar with this type of practice.

Generally, a Surya Yoga session begins with vigorous vinyasa that evolves into “modern postural yoga” focused on physical alignment and proper attitude. Each session culminates into pranayama, meditation and a deep state of relaxation.

Chandra

Chandra Yoga is a traditional meditative yoga that involves asanas held comfortably for extended periods of time, mudras (energy seals), pranayamas (breathing practices) and kriyas (yogic purification techniques) to establish a meditative state-of-mind.

This rare particular methodology of yogic meditation is seldom taught anywhere within the international yoga-scene today and if it is practiced regularly, it will most certainly help one to establish a strong connection with one's inner most being, one's divine soul.
