Pranic Rejuvenation: Breathwork, Asana, Nidra, Breakfast

Join Denise and Fredric as they recreate the magic of their summer retreats with a Saturday morning intensive of breathwork, asana, and nidra to experience deep presence, mental clarity, and joy. The program is followed by an optional breakfast.

The 2 1/2-hour program in Walferdange brings together 45 minutes of prana kriya breathwork taught by Fredric, 75 minutes of asana taught by Denise, and a half hour of nidra guided relaxation led by Fredric to purify and balance the physical body and subtle energy system. You do not have to have participated at one of the retreats to join and benefit.

Due to the dynamic aspect of the breathing practices, come with an empty stomach. Hence, the breakfast option immmediately afterward.

8:45-10:00 asana

10:00-10:30 nidra

10:45 optional breakfast

(homemade granola, yoghurt, grain milk, bread, cheese, fruit, green tea, infusion, coffee)

Our Walferdange center on rue Josy Welter offers hatha yoga ("Sivananda Yoga"), yoga for lower back issues, hormone yoga for women, a Wednesday morning course for those 50+, and an Ashtanga Mysore course.
