“The awakening transforms everyday life into bliss. The world remains the same but one’s changed attitude, feelings and awareness transform everything into a fulfilling, joyful experience.” - Swami Satyananda Saraswati

Discover the power of Kundalini Yoga through our comprehensive workshop series where each workshop invites you on a deep and transformative journey to open and harmonize one of your seven key energy centers known as chakras which govern various physiological, physical, and energetic functions. By exploring the essence of and working on each chakra, you will access elevated states of awareness and unlock new dimensions of your potential that lead to an increased physical and mental well-being.

Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, you will ignite your inner energy, enhance mental clarity, and boost physical vitality. This practice elevates your consciousness and fosters a deeper connection with your true self.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice rooted in tantric tradition that is designed to awaken Kundalini – a dynamic spiritual power within - to produce profound spiritual transformation. While other Yogas lead to higher states of awareness and open chakras as a result, Kundalini Yoga focuses on opening the chakras first to induce the higher states of awareness associated with kundalini awakening.

This practice was cloaked in secrecy for centuries and reserved exclusively for royalty and the spiritual elite before being brought to the west in the late 1960s. This is traditional Kundalini Yoga and should not be confused with that associated with yogi Bhajan. (See "Style" section below for more details.)

Structure of the workshops

Each workshop begins with the theoretical understanding of a specific chakra and how it governs our well-being and state of awareness. This is followed by 90 minutes of Kundalini Yoga practice to open and harmonize that specific chakra using a blend of pranayamas, asanas, mudras, bandhas, and the powerful vibration of chanting. The cumulative effect is to facilitate the awakening of kundalini and the experience of higher states of awareness.

Teacher: Clelia ॐ

Clelia ॐ Yoga has been a part of my life since 2010. What began as a focus on the physical aspects has evolved into a deeper journey of self-awareness and inner connection. While yoga has brought me numerous physical benefits — improving my posture, flexibility, and muscle tone — the most profound transformations have been mental and emotional. It has increased my focus and intuition, reduced stress, and nurtured a deep sense of inner peace, balance, and joy. For me, yoga is not just a practice confined to the mat. It’s a philosophy of life. It has taught me to tune into my own energy and understand the energy around me. This ongoing journey of self-discovery and inner work is both challenging and deeply rewarding, offering continuous opportunities for growth. These personal experiences have inspired me to share this beautiful, transformative practice with others. I am a certified yoga teacher in both Hatha and Kundalini yoga. Go to Clelia's page.
