We receive 100 unsolicited requests a year to teach at La Source. If you wish to stand out, please read the following...

• All teachers at La Source have studied with Denise and/or Fredric for a minimum of six months. We suggest that you do the same as a paying student. This maintains the cohesiveness of La Source as a "center" and not just a yoga studio with disparate teachers even if your core teaching comes from another lineage. We cannot guarantee you teaching opportunities after this period.
• If you apply, please be detailed:

1. how long you have been practicing,
2. in what specific lineage and style,
3. with whom (names of specific teachers),
4. please include the name of your teacher training program,
5. where and when you took it,
6. in what style it was,
7. the head teacher(s),
8. a link to the training site,
9. If you have been teaching since your teacher training, please let us know where and for how long.

• We do not offer "Vinyasa Flow". If your teacher training was in this modern Westernized exercise system, you will receive a more welcoming response by applying to centers who offer it.
