Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga combines purification practices such as yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and kriyas (cleansing actions) with practices of advanced pranayamas, mudras (seals), bandhas (energy locks) and mantras to awaken a dynamic force within us (Kundalini) that leads to sublime transcendent spiritual experiences. This is traditional Kundalini Yoga and should not be confused with that associated with yogi Bhajan. More details

Yoga has been a part of my life since 2010. What began as a focus on the physical aspects has evolved into a deeper journey of self-awareness and inner connection. While yoga has brought me numerous physical benefits — improving my posture, flexibility, and muscle tone — the most profound transformations have been mental and emotional. It has increased my focus and intuition, reduced stress, and nurtured a deep sense of inner peace, balance, and joy. For me, yoga is not just a practice confined to the mat. It’s a philosophy of life. It has taught me to tune into my own energy and understand the energy around me. This ongoing journey of self-discovery and inner work is both challenging and deeply rewarding, offering continuous opportunities for growth. These personal experiences have inspired me to share this beautiful, transformative practice with others. I am a certified yoga teacher in both Hatha and Kundalini yoga. More details
