The Lost Yogic Practices for Vibrant Health

Sunday 18 may 15:00 - 17:00

Registration below

Beyond the familiar postures and breathing techniques lies a treasure of ancient yogic practices that have been preserved in the Himalayan traditions. These techniques were used by sages to cultivate vibrant health, boundless energy and healing. In this workshop, we will uncover and practice accessible less known techniques that go beyond asana and pranayama, helping you tap into higher states of vitality and clarity.

What You Will Learn

1. Kriyas for Internal Purification & Energy Activation

Most people know about Kapalabhati and Nauli, but there are lesser-known kriyas that work on a deeper energetic level to detoxify the body and enhance vitality:

  • Brahma Mudra Kriya – A powerful neck and spinal movement kriya that increases cerebral circulation, boosts brain function, and clears mental fog.
  • Vatskar Kriya – A breath-based practice that clears stagnant energy, removes toxins, and improves digestion

2. Mudras for Strength, Digestion & Vitality

Mudras are not just hand gestures - they are bioenergetic locks that influence internal organs and the nervous system.

We will explore:

  • Prana Mudra – Known as the “Vitality Mudra" as this practice boosts energy, strengthens the immune system and removes fatigue.
  • Maha Mudra (The Supreme Mudra) – A full-body energy-sealing technique practiced by Himalayan yogis to conserve prana (life force energy) and slow aging.

3. Fasting the Yogic Way: Ancient Himalayan Secrets for Cellular Regeneration

Fasting has been used by yogis for thousands of years - not just for spiritual reasons, but for its profound effects on healing, detoxification and mental sharpness.

  • Nirahara Samyama (The Art of Mindful Fasting) – Learn how yogis fast to heal the body without weakness.
  • Pranic Nourishment Techniques – Simple breathing techniques to maintain energy levels even when eating less.
  • Ayurvedic Fasting Rhythms – How to align fasting with the lunar cycle and natural body rhythms for maximum rejuvenation.

Why This Workshop is Different
